Our hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. If you have further questions or would like to speak to someone in person, don't hesitate to reach out & we'll get back to you. In the meantime, here are the answers to some of our most common questions.

  • Download our "Getting Ready" guide for tips to help prepare for your appointment.

  • Depending on which package you schedule it can be anywhere from 30 mins to 3 hours. When schedule online you’ll receive an estimate.

  • Photos regardless of package are delivered by 9 AM the next day. Videos within 48 hours. For our Abode Elite package 72 hours.

  • Reels, flyers, branded media links, and a customizable property site.

  • Within reason. Anything that would cause a misrepresentation of the property will remain unchanged (I.e. grass greening, holes in walls, driveway stains)

  • Contact us at support@peakabodemedia.com and provide the listing address and which photo(s) you would like to make changes to along with the change(s).

  • While Charlotte-Mecklenburg county is our primary area of service. We service areas within 35 miles from uptown extending into South Carolina. For the full list check out this blog post.

  • We grant you a limited, sub-licensable license to use the Media Services for the sole purpose of: (1) marketing the corresponding home while the current listing is live (not a future listing for the same home); (2) submitting a listing to a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to be published in and used in connection with the MLS or Service Compilation (as defined by each MLS) over which the MLS claims copyright; (3) creating derivative works if you are a participant in a MLS and have received a copy of any Listing Media Services photographs in the MLS or Service Compilation provided by your MLS (you may sub-license or sell your derivatives, but you may not sub-license or sell the Listing Media Services photographs themselves to a third party); (4) including in comparables to assist with pricing homes and creating comparative market analyses (CMAs); and (5) including in marketing materials for your professional real estate or photography services.
