Ever wonder which parts of Charlotte I work in? It's a super common question, right after "how much do you charge?"

When I first moved here, I wanted to figure out my service area. So I drove around everywhere I thought was close by meeting realtors. Now, instead of just saying "it's within X miles of uptown," I’m going to tell you exactly where I cover!

Coverage Area (Approximate): This map gives you a general idea of the areas I serve in Charlotte and surrounding regions.

Just a heads up: Some areas with a star (*) are on the edge of Charlotte (beyond 25miles from uptown), so there might be a travel fee (plus North Carolina tax). This fee applies to all South Carolina jobs. We like to keep things fair, so our fee is the same as the rate the government sets, which is currently 67 cents per mile.
